무료로는 어디까지 볼 수 있나요?How much can I use for free?

학당 67과 가운데 앞 16과, 사전은 급수별 앞 4분의 1을 무료로 학습할 수 있습니다. 나머지는 평생 이용권을 구매하시면 열립니다. You can study the first 16 of the 67 Hakdang lessons for free, plus the first quarter of each grade level in the dictionary. The rest opens with the lifetime unlock.

평생 이용권은 구독인가요?Is the lifetime unlock a subscription?

아닙니다. 한 번만 결제하면 만료되지 않는 1회 구매입니다. 정기 결제도, 갱신도 없습니다. 구매하시면 전 과와 사전 전체가 열리고 광고가 사라집니다. No. It is a one-time purchase that never expires — no recurring billing, no renewals. It opens every lesson and the whole dictionary, and removes ads.

기기를 바꿨는데 구매가 사라졌어요.My purchase is missing on a new device.

잠긴 과나 글자를 눌러 안내 화면을 연 뒤 "구매 복원"을 눌러 주세요. 구매하실 때 사용한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 복원됩니다. Tap any locked lesson or character to open the unlock screen, then tap "Restore Purchase". You must be signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

다음 과가 잠겨 있어요.The next lesson is locked.

두 가지 경우가 있습니다. 자물쇠 표시는 앞 과를 아직 마치지 않았다는 뜻으로, 순서대로 떼면 열립니다. 왕관 표시는 무료 구간을 넘어섰다는 뜻으로, 평생 이용권을 구매하시면 열립니다. There are two cases. A padlock means you have not finished the previous lesson yet — complete lessons in order and it opens. A crown means you have passed the free range, which the lifetime unlock opens.

인터넷 없이 쓸 수 있나요?Does it work offline?

네. 모든 콘텐츠가 앱에 내장되어 있어 설치 후에는 인터넷 연결 없이 학습할 수 있습니다. 인터넷은 광고 표시에만 사용됩니다. Yes. All content ships inside the app, so you can study without an internet connection. The network is used only to show ads.

추적 동의를 거부하면 어떻게 되나요?What if I decline tracking?

앱 기능은 전부 그대로 동작합니다. 광고가 개인화되지 않을 뿐이며 잠기는 콘텐츠는 없습니다. 이 선택은 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. Every feature keeps working. Only ad personalization is turned off, and no content is locked. You can change the choice anytime in Settings > Privacy and Security > Tracking.

성독(낭독)을 화면 끄고 들을 수 있나요?Can I listen to the recitation with the screen off?

네. 학당 > 서고 > 성독 이어듣기에서 배운 구절을 순서대로 이어 들을 수 있고, 화면을 끄거나 다른 앱을 써도 재생이 계속됩니다. 잠금 화면과 제어 센터에서 재생·정지·이전·다음을 조작할 수 있습니다. 최소 한 과를 마쳐야 열립니다. Yes. Under Hakdang > Library > Continuous Recitation, the passages you have learned play in order and keep playing with the screen off or while you use other apps. Play, pause, previous, and next work from the lock screen and Control Center. It unlocks after you finish at least one lesson.

필사 판정이 자꾸 틀렸다고 나와요.The tracing keeps marking my strokes wrong.

점선으로 표시된 현재 획의 시작점에서 끝점까지 한 번에 그어 주세요. 획의 방향도 함께 봅니다. 세 번 이상 어긋나면 힌트를 보여준 뒤 자동으로 넘어가므로 진행이 막히지는 않습니다. Draw each stroke in one motion from the dotted start point to the end point; direction matters too. After three misses the app shows a hint and moves on automatically, so you are never stuck.

카메라 인식이 동작하지 않아요.Camera recognition is not working.

설정 > 사자소학 배우기 > 카메라에서 권한을 허용해 주세요. 인쇄된 글자를 밝은 곳에서 비추면 인식률이 높아집니다. Allow camera access in Settings > Learn Sajasohak > Camera. Recognition works best on printed characters in good lighting.

발음이 들리지 않아요.I cannot hear pronunciation.

기기 음량을 확인해 주세요. 그래도 들리지 않으면 설정 > 손쉬운 사용 > 콘텐츠 말하기에서 한국어 음성이 설치되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. 발음 속도는 앱 설정에서 세 단계로 조절할 수 있습니다. Check the device volume. If it still fails, make sure a Korean voice is installed under Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content. Speech rate can be set to one of three levels in the app's settings.

학습 기록을 초기화하고 싶어요.How do I reset my progress?

학당 홈 우측 상단의 설정(톱니바퀴) > 학습 기록 초기화에서 지울 수 있습니다. 이 기기와 iCloud 백업의 진행·복습·통계가 함께 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 구매 내역과 사전 즐겨찾기는 유지됩니다. Open Settings (gear icon, top right of the Hakdang home) > Reset Learning Records. This clears progress, reviews, and statistics from both this device and your iCloud backup, and cannot be undone. Your purchase and dictionary bookmarks are kept.

기기를 바꾸면 기록이 옮겨지나요?Does progress transfer to a new device?

네. 학당 학습 진행·복습 기록과 사전 즐겨찾기는 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인돼 있으면 iCloud를 통해 자동으로 옮겨집니다. 다만 글자별 통계와 일별 활동 기록은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. Yes. Hakdang progress, review history, and dictionary bookmarks transfer automatically via iCloud when signed into the same Apple Account. Per-character statistics and daily activity records stay on the device only.
