TalkScript 개인정보처리방침

TalkScript(이하 "앱")는 기기에서 직접(온디바이스) 동작하는 녹음·화자 분리 전사 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 어떤 정보가 수집되는지, 이용자가 이를 어떻게 통제할 수 있는지를 설명합니다.

핵심 요약
녹음 파일·전사 텍스트는 기기 안에서만 처리·저장되며, 당사 서버를 포함한 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
앱 개선을 위한 익명 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics)와 광고 제공(Google AdMob)을 위한 데이터만 제3자 SDK를 통해 수집됩니다.
맞춤 광고 추적은 iOS의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의가 있을 때만 이루어집니다.

1. 기기에서만 처리되는 정보 (수집하지 않음)

다음 정보는 모두 이용자의 기기에서만 처리·보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

녹음 오디오 — 마이크로 녹음하거나 가져온 오디오 파일
전사 결과 — 화자 분리·음성 인식으로 생성된 텍스트, 화자 이름 라벨, 편집 내용
처리 중간 산출물 — 체크포인트 등 작업 파일

음성 인식과 화자 분리는 기기에 다운로드된 AI 모델로 수행됩니다. 모델 파일을 내려받기 위한 네트워크 통신(모델 배포 서버로부터의 다운로드)이 발생하지만, 이 과정에서 이용자의 오디오나 텍스트가 업로드되지는 않습니다.

위 정보는 이용자의 이름·연락처 등 직접 식별 정보와 연결되지 않습니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 서비스

앱은 다음 Google 서비스 SDK를 포함하며, 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 해당 정책이 적용됩니다.

4. 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)과 맞춤 광고

앱은 최초 실행 시 iOS의 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency) 권한을 요청합니다.

허용 시: 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 활용한 맞춤 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다.
거부 시: 추적 없이 비맞춤(문맥) 광고만 표시되며, 앱의 모든 기능은 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

설정은 iOS의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

5. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자 — GDPR 동의

EEA·영국 등 해당 지역 이용자에게는 Google의 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(UMP)을 통한 동의 양식이 표시됩니다. 동의 내용은 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 옵션에서 언제든 확인·변경·철회할 수 있습니다.

6. 앱 권한

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

녹음·전사 기록은 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며, 앱의 기록 화면에서 항목별로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 연결된 오디오 파일도 함께 제거됩니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 녹음·전사 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
Firebase Analytics·AdMob이 수집한 데이터의 보관 기간은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지를 통해 갱신된 내용과 시행일을 공지합니다.

TalkScript Privacy Policy

TalkScript (the "App") is a recording and speaker-diarization transcription app that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what information the App handles, what is collected, and how you can control it.

Summary
Your recordings and transcripts are processed and stored only on your device — they are never uploaded to our servers or anywhere else.
Only anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and advertising data (Google AdMob) are collected, via third-party SDKs.
Personalized-ad tracking happens only with your consent under iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

1. Information processed only on your device (not collected)

The following stays on your device and is never transmitted externally:

Audio recordings — recorded with the microphone or imported files
Transcripts — text produced by speaker diarization and speech recognition, speaker name labels, and your edits
Intermediate artifacts — processing checkpoints and work files

Speech recognition and speaker diarization run with AI models downloaded to your device. Network traffic occurs to download those model files, but your audio and text are never uploaded in the process.

None of this is linked to directly identifying information such as your name or contact details. The App requires no account or sign-up.

3. Third-party services

The App includes the following Google SDKs; their handling of data is governed by their own policies:

Google Firebase Analytics — Firebase Privacy and Security

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and personalized ads

On first launch the App requests the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission.

Allow: personalized ads may be served using the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Deny: only non-personalized (contextual) ads are shown, and every feature of the App remains fully available.

You can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. EEA & UK users — GDPR consent

Users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and other applicable regions are shown a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can review, change, or withdraw your consent anytime in the App under Settings > Privacy options.

6. App permissions

7. Data retention and deletion

Recordings and transcripts are stored only in the App's local storage. You can delete individual items from the History screen; the linked audio file is removed together.
Deleting the App removes all recordings and transcripts stored on the device.
Retention of data collected by Firebase Analytics and AdMob follows Google's policies.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated content and effective date will be announced on this page.
