1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using AlbumLens (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. In-App Purchases
AlbumLens Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Once purchased, the Pro features are unlocked permanently for the same Apple ID across devices, including through Family Sharing where applicable. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Bypass payment mechanisms or use the App in fraudulent ways.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. 라이선스
본 약관에 따라 사용자는 사용자가 소유하거나 통제하는 Apple 기기에서 Apple App Store 이용약관에 따라 본 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적, 양도 불가능, 비독점적 라이선스를 부여받습니다.
3. 인앱 결제
AlbumLens Pro는 1회 결제 비소모성 인앱 상품입니다. 구매 후에는 동일 Apple ID를 사용하는 기기 전반(Family Sharing 포함, 해당 시)에서 Pro 기능이 영구적으로 잠금 해제됩니다. 환불은 Apple 정책에 따라 Apple 이 처리합니다.
4. 허용되지 않는 사용
다음 행위는 금지됩니다:
- 본 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 분해.
- 관련 법률 또는 제3자 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 본 앱 사용.
- 결제 메커니즘 우회 또는 부정한 방식으로 본 앱 사용.
5. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 권리 비침해를 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않는 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
6. 책임 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 개발자는 본 앱 사용으로 발생하거나 관련된 어떠한 간접적, 우발적, 특별한, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 개인정보
본 앱 사용은 개인정보처리방침의 적용도 받습니다.
8. 변경
본 약관은 수시로 갱신될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 게시된 후 본 앱을 계속 사용하는 것은 변경된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.
