Is Hangeul Blocks free?
Yes. Five game modes are free forever. A single one-time Premium purchase ($1.99) unlocks all advanced modes and reading challenges, removes ads, and gives you unlimited review. There is no subscription.
I bought Premium but it isn't unlocked.
Open the app's Settings (gear icon, top-right of the Home screen) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the new device with the same Apple ID, install Hangeul Blocks, then go to Settings → Restore Purchases. A one-time purchase carries over at no extra cost.
Will my progress sync between iPhone and iPad?
Yes, if you're signed in to iCloud on both devices. Progress syncs automatically through your private iCloud account. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings.
Do I need to know Korean to start?
Not at all. The entire app is in English and designed for complete beginners. You'll learn how Korean letters (jamo) combine into syllables from the very first game.
Why does the app ask about my age and tracking?
The free version may show ads. To respect privacy, the app asks for ad-tracking permission (Apple's ATT prompt) and uses an age screen so that learners under 16 get an ad-free, tracking-free experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I turn off ads?
Purchase Premium — it removes all advertising permanently.
The audio isn't playing.
Check that your device isn't in silent mode and the volume is up. If your device is connected to Bluetooth audio, confirm the right output is selected. If problems persist, try restarting the app, then contact us.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
