Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription section. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will restore automatically. If not, tap "Manage Subscription" or restart the app.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Hangul Premium > Cancel. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Yes. All learning content (975 words, 30 dialogues, quizzes, flashcards, handwriting, pronunciation rules) works offline. Only ads and subscription verification require an internet connection.
The app follows your device language. Go to iPhone Settings > General > Language & Region to change it. The app supports English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified). All vocabulary includes translations in all three languages.
Make sure you've granted both microphone and speech recognition permissions. Go to iPhone Settings > Hangul and enable both "Microphone" and "Speech Recognition". If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Delete and reinstall the app. All learning data is stored locally on your device and will be permanently removed when the app is deleted.

The Smart Quiz analyzes your quiz history to identify words you struggle with. It then prioritizes those words in future quizzes, so you practice what you need most.
