By downloading, installing, or using Hangul ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Hangul is a Korean language learning application that provides vocabulary, dialogue, pronunciation, handwriting practice, quizzes, and other educational content. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial educational use.

2. Subscription Terms

The App offers the following premium subscription options:

• Monthly Premium: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
• Yearly Premium: Auto-renewing annual subscription
• Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase for permanent access

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Free Tier

The App provides free access to a substantial portion of its content, including Hangul letters, syllable builder, pronunciation rules, selected vocabulary categories, and limited daily quizzes. Free users will see advertisements. No subscription is required to use free features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, and software, is the property of CKSW Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions
• Use the App to develop competing products
• Share your subscription access with others

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The educational content is provided for learning purposes and may not be suitable for professional translation or interpretation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CKSW Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
