밤 녹음Night recordings夜間の録音
조용한 코골이까지 세기 위해 측정하는 동안 밤 전체를 녹음하고, 아침에 기기 안에서 다시 분석합니다. iCloud 백업에서 제외되며, 최근 3밤만 남기고 자동 삭제됩니다. 클립 저장을 ‘저장 안 함’으로 두면 녹음하지 않습니다.To count quiet snoring too, the whole night is recorded while measuring and analyzed again on your phone in the morning. Excluded from iCloud backup; only the last 3 nights are kept and older ones are deleted automatically. Set clip storage to “Don’t save” and nothing is recorded.静かないびきも数えるため、測定中は夜間全体を録音し、朝に端末内で再分析します。iCloudバックアップから除外され、直近3夜分だけを残して自動削除されます。クリップ保存を「保存しない」にすると録音しません。

앱의 설정 → 데이터 → 모든 데이터 삭제에서 클립과 통계를 한 번에 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 함께 사라집니다.You can erase everything at once from Settings → Data → Delete all data. Deleting the app removes it too.アプリの設定 → データ → すべてのデータを削除で一括削除できます。アプリを削除しても消えます。
기기 밖으로 나가는 것What does leave the device端末の外に出るもの
오디오는 나가지 않지만, 광고는 통신을 합니다. 무료로 쓰실 때 리포트 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너가 표시되며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자·기기 정보·대략적인 위치(IP 기반)가 Google로 전달됩니다. 녹음된 소리나 코골이 기록은 광고에 사용되지 않으며 전달되지도 않습니다.Audio stays put, but ads talk to the network. On the free tier a Google AdMob banner appears at the bottom of the report screen. Serving it sends your advertising identifier, device information, and approximate location (from IP) to Google. Your recordings and snoring data are never used for advertising and are never sent.音声は出ませんが、広告は通信します。無料でご利用の場合、レポート画面の下部にGoogle AdMobのバナーが表示され、その際に広告識別子・端末情報・おおよその位置（IPによる）がGoogleに送信されます。録音された音やいびきの記録が広告に使われることも、送信されることもありません。
추적 허용 여부 — 광고가 처음 표시될 때 추적 허용을 여쭙니다. 거부하셔도 광고는 나오며, 개인화되지 않은 광고로 표시될 뿐입니다. iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 바꾸실 수 있습니다.Tracking — We ask for permission the first time an ad appears. Declining is fine: ads still show, just non-personalized. You can change it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.トラッキング — 広告が最初に表示されるときに許可を確認します。拒否しても広告は表示され、パーソナライズされないだけです。iOSの設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキングでいつでも変更できます。
